Language Training
Vital International Programs understands the
needs of global businesses. Most firms today
operate on an international level, not only
crossing physical borders between countries,
but also cultural borders, thus adding complexity
to business transactions. Our goal at VIP is
to facilitate international business through
language and cultural training classes, as
well as relocation services. We will ensure
that your employees can communicate in the
language of the target country. Our dedicated
team will design a training package customized
to fit your specific needs.
Methodology
At VIP, we have found that the functional and communicative method has resulted
in a highly effective approach to language instruction. From the very beginning
of the program, our instructor will teach you to communicate your needs and ideas
in your new language. We use everyday items such as newspapers, menus and maps,
among other teaching aids, to help you learn the new language quicker and easier.
Our focus is to teach language in practical ways.

Flexible Training Programs
Individual Instruction: Suitable
for any student. Private, one-on-one instruction
allows for personalized attention that
generates maximum results.
Small Group (Less than
5 Students):Suitable for small corporate
training programs, friends and family members
who wish to learn together, and individuals
who wish to learn in a group setting. Groups
consist of students with similar levels of
proficiency.
Large Group (6+ Students):Language
programs can be held in company offices, at
VIP training classrooms, or third-party training
facilities. Large groups are appropriate for
corporate-wide training initiatives or in preparation
for geographic expansion.
Experienced Instructors
All of VIP's instructors are native speakers
of the target language and most have been
teaching with VIP for over a decade. They
are trained in the functional and communicative
method and are selected for their professionalism
and their past experience in language education.
English as a Second Language: Vital International Programs offers English
as a Second Language (ESL) programs conducted
by native instructors sensitive to the needs
of our individual and corporate clients. In
order to assess a student’s proficiency
in English, our instructors first conduct a
full evaluation of the English skills of each
student using TOEIC (Test of English for International
Communication) exercises. Students will be
placed in one of the following levels:
-Beginner
-Intermediate
-Advanced

their abilities and confidence in the English
language. Our ESL classes focus on the following:
-Accent reduction
-Improved pronunciation
-American expressions
