Vital International Programs provides complete relocation services for your company’s inpatriates. We understand that relocating to a new country can be a very challenging process, not only for your employees but also for their families. Our relocation services coupled with the language and Cross-Cultural Training classes will ease the transition. Our program helps to accelerate the settling-in and adaptation process.

Here are some of the basic services VIP will provide:

Relocation Specialist – A relocation specialist is assigned to each client. VIP will select a specialist that speaks the native language of the client.

Airport– VIP's bilingual relocation specialist will welcome the inpatriate and the family at the airport and transport the family to the hotel selected by the company.

Hotel – We will make sure that the accommodations fulfill all the requirements of the family.

Orientation Session - VIP will provide an in-depth explanation of the Detroit Metropolitan Area, give advice on issues of personal safety and highlight the many advantages of living in the area. We also provide a Welcome Packet that includes maps and brochures. Any questions or concerns will be addressed immediately.

Housing Selection – We will search for a house or apartment based on the preferences of the employee and his/her family, while staying within the designated budget.

Schools – VIP will provide the client with an orientation regarding the schools in the area. Additionally, we will assist in the enrollment process for the children, and arrange for a personal visit with the school's principal.

Furniture – We will assist in finding the best options for rental or purchase

Utilities – We can help in connecting basic utilities, such as, electricity, gas, phone and cable TV.

Social Security Card/Driver's License – We will help obtain these important documents upon arrival.

Bank Account – VIP can assist the client in finding a financial institution.

Place of Worship, Medical Facilities, Fitness Center, Library, Shopping Areas, Entertainment and Recreation – If requested, we will help in finding the closest location that meets the client’s needs and lifestyle.

After the relocation is completed, we visit the client to evaluate how the same feels about our service and find out if we can assist in any other way. We welcome any suggestions.
